DESCRIPTION: Low acid (pH 6. 5) camouflaging bases; pigmentation level from 1 to 3. 5 (on a 4 point scale), dries well; does not delaminate over time; does not cause strong burning in the lamp; has a consistency closer to liquid, allowing for smooth and quick leveling; not rigid, closer to being plastic.
